Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
- Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days
- Outside Dhaka: 2–4 business days
- Remote or hard-to-reach areas: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Customers are required to pay the delivery charge when the order arrives.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Qarment offers Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.
Upon delivery:
- Pay the delivery charge to the courier.
- Inspect your order while the delivery representative is present.
- If you choose to keep the product, pay the remaining order amount.
- If you decide not to accept the product, you may return it immediately to the delivery representative. The delivery charge remains non-refundable.

Delivery Attempts
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt delivery again or contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. If the order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to Qarment.
