Cash on Delivery (COD)
All Qarment orders are shipped with Cash on Delivery (COD).
When your order arrives:
- Pay only the delivery charge to the delivery representative.
- Open and inspect your package while the delivery representative waits.
- If you are satisfied with the product, pay the remaining order amount and accept your order.
- If you are not satisfied, simply return the product to the delivery representative immediately. No payment for the product is required.
Instant Return Policy
We offer an Instant Return at the time of delivery.
You may return your order immediately if:
- The product is not what you expected.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product is damaged or defective.
- The size or fit is not suitable.
The return must be made while the delivery representative is still present. Once the delivery representative leaves, the order is considered accepted, and the product cannot be returned under this policy.
Please note: The delivery charge is non-refundable, as it covers the shipping service regardless of whether the order is accepted or returned.
Exchange Policy
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or product:
- Return the original item immediately during delivery.
- Place a new order for your preferred item through our website or customer support.
This helps us process orders quickly and maintain accurate inventory.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for an instant return:
- The product must be unused and unworn.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
- The return must be completed before the delivery representative leaves.
